In the early 1970’s Simpsons department store decided it would open 6 new stores in the GTA and I guess they were so stoked about it they had a T-shirt made. This beauty vintage sweatshirt is so soft with age. My favourite thing about this vintage gal is that the expansion of Simpsons “to the west” (ahem, just Brampton) was seen as far! This is also dated as approx 1971/72 as that when they were planning the opening of the new store in the Shoppers World Mall.
In great vintage condition. A small bit of piling, as you would imagine with a 50 year old sweatshirt. Pictured.
