Amazing patterned vintage velvet fish skirt. From a far you can’t quite see the pattern but close up you realise it’s fish.
Came from a single home, I’m not sure if she was original owner or if it was from her family. In excellent condition. Velvet is still in great condition.
The ILGWU tag would suggest it dates between 1968-1984, my guess is 70’s.
Size is approx small, based on consignors other sizing. Measures; Waist 14” Hips 19” Length 26.5”
